About the Opportunity
Niethville is building AI readiness and governance capacity to support clients assessing organizational readiness for AI adoption and establishing governance frameworks for responsible implementation.
Typical Projects You May Support
- AI readiness assessments across people, process, and technology dimensions
- AI governance framework development aligned with emerging Canadian regulatory expectations
- Risk assessment for proposed AI use cases
- Policy development for responsible AI use within client organizations
- Stakeholder workshops on AI opportunity identification
- Data readiness assessment supporting AI initiatives
- AI use case prioritization and business case development
- Vendor and platform evaluation for AI tooling
- Training material development for AI literacy and governance awareness
- Steering committee reporting on AI program status and risk
- Alignment reviews between AI initiatives and existing enterprise architecture
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in AI strategy, governance, or responsible AI advisory work
- Familiarity with emerging Canadian and international AI governance frameworks
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts for executive and board-level audiences
- Public sector or regulated-industry experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, general familiarity with major AI platforms and governance tooling
Industry Experience
Government, financial services, healthcare, regulated industries
Professional Certifications
AI governance or responsible AI credentials an asset; relevant risk or compliance certifications valued
Security Clearance
Reliability Status is the typical minimum for government AI governance engagements; Enhanced Reliability is for select federal mandates.
