About the Opportunity
Niethville is building business analysis capacity to support requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing across ERP and CRM implementation programs.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Discovery sessions with business and operational stakeholders
- Requirements elicitation and documentation (BABOK-aligned)
- Current-state and future-state process mapping
- User story and acceptance criteria development
- Fit-gap analysis against standard ERP or CRM functionality
- Data requirements gathering for migration and reporting
- Test case development and testing support
- UAT coordination and defect triage
- Stakeholder workshops and requirements sign-off facilitation
- Change impact assessment by business unit
- Business process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Traceability matrix development linking requirements to test cases
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of business analysis experience on ERP or CRM implementation programs
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Comfort working directly with business stakeholders across functional areas
- Public sector or regulated-industry implementation experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, general ERP/CRM familiarity
Industry Experience
Government, healthcare, financial services, education
Professional Certifications
CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
Security Clearance
Reliability Status: typical minimum for public sector business analyst roles; Enhanced Reliability for select mandates.
