Niethville is building change management capacity to support organizational readiness across ERP, CRM, and broader technology implementation programs where adoption determines whether the investment pays off.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Change impact assessment across business units and stakeholder groups
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement planning
- Change management strategy and roadmap development
- Communications planning and content development for implementation programs
- Training needs analysis and training strategy design
- Resistance management and readiness assessment
- Champion network design and enablement
- Adoption metrics definition and post-go-live tracking
- Leadership alignment workshops for sponsorship activation
- Organizational readiness reporting for steering committees
- Post-implementation adoption support and reinforcement planning
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of change management experience on ERP, CRM, or large technology implementation programs
- Experience developing and executing change strategy independently
- Comfort working with senior leadership and frontline staff simultaneously
- Public sector or regulated-industry experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
General familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms an asset; PROSCI or equivalent change methodology
Industry Experience
Government, healthcare, financial services, education
Professional Certifications
PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent
Security Clearance
Reliability status is typical minimum for government change management engagements.
