CRM Data Migration Consultant

Cleansing, Deduplication & Cutover

About the Opportunity 

Niethville is building a dedicated CRM data migration bench to support implementation programs where contact, account, and case data quality frequently determines whether a CRM rollout succeeds with end users. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• Legacy CRM and spreadsheet data extraction and profiling 

• Data cleansing and deduplication rule design 

• Data mapping between legacy systems and target CRM data model 

• ETL script development and execution 

• Contact and account matching logic design 

• Migration dry-run planning and execution 

• Reconciliation and validation script design 

• Cutover rehearsal coordination with functional and technical teams 

• Defect triage for migration discrepancies 

• Data migration runbook documentation 

• Post-go-live data validation and correction support 

• Data governance recommendations for ongoing data quality 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3+ years dedicated CRM data migration experience across at least one major platform 

• Strong SQL and data cleansing/deduplication background 

• Experience running migration dry-runs and reconciliation for government or enterprise clients 

• Meticulous documentation habits given sensitivity of migrated contact and case data 

Preferred Platforms 

SQL, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend), platform-native migration tools (Dynamics 365 Data Migration, Salesforce Data Loader) 

Industry Experience 

Government, citizen services, healthcare, financial services 

Professional Certifications 

Platform-specific data migration or ETL tool certifications an asset 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status minimum given direct handling of personal and citizen data; Enhanced Reliability for select federal engagements.
