About the Opportunity
Niethville is building a bench of CRM Implementation Consultants to support upcoming Canadian federal, provincial, municipal, and citizen-services CRM modernization tenders. Implementation consultants on our engagements own the end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, from discovery through go-live.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Discovery workshops with sales, service, and citizen-facing business owners
- Current-state CRM process mapping and future-state design
- Fit-gap analysis against standard CRM platform functionality
- CRM configuration across sales, service, and case management modules
- Workflow and business process automation design
- Requirements documentation and solution design sign-off
- Data migration planning from legacy CRM or spreadsheet-based systems
- Integration scoping with ERP, email, and case management systems
- User Acceptance Testing coordination with business stakeholders
- End-user training and adoption planning
- Change management support alongside functional rollout
- Go-live cutover planning and coordination
- Hypercare support and issue triage post go-live
- Reporting and dashboard requirements gathering
- Stakeholder workshops for steering committee updates
- Vendor and platform coordination during implementation
- Standard operating procedure documentation for CRM processes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of CRM implementation consulting, with at least one full-cycle public sector or enterprise implementation
- Experience leading discovery through go-live on at least one major CRM platform
- Ability to run workshops independently and translate business needs into configured solutions
- Comfort working within formal government procurement and governance environments
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CX, SAP CX, Zoho CRM
Industry Experience
Government (federal, provincial, municipal), citizen services, healthcare, financial services
Professional Certifications
Platform-specific implementation certification (Microsoft, Salesforce) is an asset; CBAP or equivalent business analysis credential is also valued
Security Clearance
Government engagements typically require Reliability Status at minimum; some require Enhanced Reliability. Consultants without current clearance can still register; Niethville will sponsor clearance processing where the engagement requires it, and timelines allow.
