About the Opportunity
Niethville is building technical delivery capacity for CRM implementation programs focused on the integration, platform extension, and custom development layer that connects CRM to the rest of a client’s technology stack.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Power Platform solution design (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse schema design and configuration
- REST/API integration development between CRM and ERP, email, or case systems
- Azure Integration Services configuration
- Custom plugin and workflow development
- Security role and access configuration
- Environment management across dev, test, and production
- Technical specification documents from functional requirements
- Performance tuning and load testing support
- Custom report and dashboard development
- Interface testing and defect resolution
- Technical documentation for support handoff
- Batch job scheduling and data sync configuration
- Post-go-live technical hypercare
- Support for security review and penetration testing cycles
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of CRM technical delivery experience, including Power Platform or equivalent extension work
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform’s technical stack
- Working knowledge of API-based integration patterns
- Comfort operating in structured, documentation-heavy government delivery environments
Preferred Platforms
Power Platform, Dataverse, Salesforce Apex/Lightning, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft
Industry Experience
Government, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications
Professional Certifications
Power Platform certifications and Salesforce technical certifications are considered an asset
Security Clearance
Reliability Status is required for most public sector technical roles. Enhanced Reliability or Secret clearance may be required for select federal engagements. Consultants without an active clearance may still register, with requirements and available support confirmed for each engagement.
