About the Opportunity
Niethville is building data and analytics capacity to help clients turn fragmented data into governed reporting and insight, primarily through Microsoft Fabric and Power BI implementations.

- ETL/data pipeline development supporting reporting needs
- Requirements gathering with business stakeholders for reporting needs
- Data quality assessment and remediation planning
- Self-service analytics enablement and training
- Report performance tuning and optimization
- Migration planning from legacy reporting tools to modern platforms
- Documentation of data lineage and reporting architecture
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of data and analytics experience; Microsoft Fabric or Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Experience translating business reporting needs into governed data models
- Comfort working with both technical data teams and business stakeholders
- Public sector or regulated-industry reporting experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, data warehousing tools
Industry Experience
Government, financial services, healthcare, enterprise
Professional Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer certifications
Security Clearance
Reliability Status is the typical minimum given access to organizational data; Enhanced Reliability is for select federal mandates.
