About the Opportunity 

Niethville is building enterprise architecture capacity to support large-scale modernization initiatives, developing technology roadmaps and governance frameworks aligned with client organizational objectives. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• Current-state technology landscape assessment 

• Target-state architecture roadmap development 

• Enterprise architecture governance framework design 

• Application portfolio rationalization analysis 

• Technology standards and reference architecture development 

• Business capability mapping to technology investments 

• Architecture review board facilitation and governance 

• Investment prioritization input for technology roadmaps 

• Alignment reviews between solution architecture and enterprise strategy 

• Stakeholder engagement across business and technology leadership 

• Legacy modernization strategy and sequencing recommendations 

• Architecture maturity assessment and improvement planning 

What We’re Looking For 

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience, ideally within government or large regulated organizations 

• Experience developing and governing multi-year technology roadmaps 

• Ability to communicate architecture strategy to executive and board-level stakeholders 

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) 

Preferred Platforms 

Enterprise architecture tooling (Sparx EA, LeanIX, ArchiMate), Microsoft and AWS ecosystems 

Industry Experience 

Government (federal, provincial), healthcare, financial services 

Professional Certifications 

TOGAF 9/10 Certified, relevant industry architecture credentials 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status is typically the minimum requirement. Enhanced Reliability or Secret clearance may be required for federal enterprise architecture mandates.
