About the Opportunity
Niethville is building a dedicated data migration bench to support ERP implementation programs where legacy data quality and cutover accuracy are frequently the highest-risk workstream.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Legacy data extraction and profiling across source systems
- Data cleansing and standardization rule design
- Data mapping between legacy and target ERP data models
- ETL script development and execution (platform-specific or tool-based)
- Master data governance support (customer, vendor, item, chart of accounts)
- Migration dry-run planning and execution
- Reconciliation and validation script design
- Cutover rehearsal coordination with functional and technical teams
- Defect triage for migration discrepancies
- Data migration runbook documentation
- Post-go-live data validation and correction support
- Historical data archiving strategy input
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of dedicated ERP data migration experience across at least one major platform
- Strong SQL and ETL tooling background
- Experience running migration dry-runs and reconciliation for government or enterprise clients
- Meticulous documentation habits given audit sensitivity of migrated financial and HR data
Preferred Platforms
SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, platform-native migration tools (D365 Data Management, SAP Migration Cockpit, Oracle FBDI)
Industry Experience
Government, financial services, healthcare — sectors with high data governance and audit requirements
Professional Certifications
Platform-specific data migration or ETL tool certifications are considered an asset
Security Clearance
Reliability Status is typically required due to the direct handling of financial and personal data. Enhanced Reliability may be required for select federal engagements.
