What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in ERP functional consulting, with at least one full-cycle public sector or enterprise implementation
- Deep working knowledge of at least one core functional area (Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain)
- Ability to run workshops independently and produce clean business requirements documentation
- Comfort working within formal government procurement and governance environments
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Infor
Industry Experience
Government (federal, provincial, municipal), healthcare, education, financial services
Professional Certifications
Platform-specific functional certification (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Workday) is an asset; CBAP or equivalent business analysis credential is valued
Security Clearance
Government engagements typically require a reliability status at a minimum; some require Enhanced Reliability or Secret. Consultants without current clearance can still register—Niethville will sponsor clearance processing where the engagement requires it and timelines allow.
Why Join Niethville
Niethville is a Toronto-headquartered consulting firm building a named-resource bench specifically for public-sector RFPs before they’re released, not scrambling to staff after award. You’re not one resume in a mass staffing pool; engagements are matched by an active Project Management Professional (PMP, ITIL v4, SAFe) who is directly involved in bid strategy, so you get context on the client and the mandate before you’re proposed.
