About the Opportunity
Niethville is building technical delivery capacity for ERP implementation programs, focused on the integration, data, and infrastructure layer that connects ERP platforms to the rest of a client’s technology stack.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Integration architecture design between ERP and satellite systems
- REST/SOAP API development and configuration
- Middleware configuration (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
- ETL pipeline development for data migration
- Custom report and dashboard development
- Workflow and business rule automation
- Environment management across dev, test, and production
- Technical specification documents for functional requirements
- Performance tuning and load testing support
- Security role and access configuration
- Cloud platform configuration and deployment (Azure, AWS)
- Interface testing and defect resolution
- Technical documentation for support handoff
- Batch job scheduling and monitoring setup
- Disaster recovery and backup configuration input
- Support for penetration testing and security review cycles
- Post-go-live technical hypercare
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in ERP technical delivery, including integration and data migration work
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform’s technical stack
- Working knowledge of API-based integration patterns and middleware tools
- Comfort operating in structured, documentation-heavy government delivery environments
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi
Industry Experience
Government, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications
Professional Certifications
Platform technical certifications (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle), Azure or AWS certifications an asset
Security Clearance
Reliability status is required for most public sector technical roles; Enhanced Reliability or Secret is required for select federal engagements. Sponsorship available for qualified consultants.
