Niethville is building program management capacity to lead complex, multi-workstream technology transformation programs spanning ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and cybersecurity delivery for public sector and enterprise clients.

- Program charter development and multi-workstream scope definition
- Program-level planning, sequencing, and dependency management
- Cross-workstream risk and issue management
- Budget oversight across multiple concurrent project workstreams
- Vendor and delivery partner governance across the program
- Executive and steering committee reporting
- Program governance framework design and enforcement
- Change control and scope management at the program level
- Resource allocation and capacity planning across workstreams
- Program-level cutover and go-live sequencing
- Benefits realization tracking and post-program review
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of program management experience across complex, multi-workstream technology transformation
- Experience managing programs with multiple vendors and internal teams simultaneously
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Public sector or regulated-industry program leadership experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
MS Project, Azure DevOps, program-level reporting and governance tools
Industry Experience
Government, telecommunications, financial services, enterprise transformation programs
Professional Certifications
PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent program-level credential
Security Clearance
Reliability Status minimum: Enhanced Reliability or Secret for select federal program leadership mandates.
