About the Opportunity
Niethville is building Copilot adoption capacity to support clients rolling out Microsoft Copilot across their Microsoft 365 environment, from readiness assessment through enablement and adoption tracking.

- Copilot readiness assessment across licensing, data governance, and use cases
- Use case identification workshops by department or business function
- Microsoft 365 tenant configuration review supporting Copilot rollout
- Data governance and permissions review ahead of Copilot deployment
- Pilot program design and success metrics definition
- End-user training material development for Copilot adoption
- Champion network design and enablement support
- Adoption tracking and usage reporting
- Change management support alongside technical rollout
- Governance guardrail documentation for responsible Copilot use
- Post-rollout optimization and expanded use case planning
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform adoption; Copilot rollout experience preferred
- Comfort bridging technical configuration and end-user change management
- Experience running structured pilot programs with defined success metrics
- Public sector or regulated-industry rollout experience an asset
