About the Opportunity 

Niethville is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) delivery bench ahead of upcoming government and enterprise CRM tenders across sales, service, and field service modules. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• D365 CE module configuration (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) 

• Fit-gap workshops against standard D365 CE functionality 

• Power Platform extensions (Power Apps, Power Automate) for process gaps 

• Data migration from legacy CRM into D365 CE 

• Integration design with Dataverse and Azure services 

• Security role configuration and business unit hierarchy design 

• Custom workflow and business process flow configuration 

• Reporting configuration (Power BI, dashboards) 

• Regression testing across D365 upgrade cycles 

• End-user training and adoption support 

• Go-live cutover and hypercare support 

• Functional and technical specification authoring 

• Business process modelling within D365 standard framework 

• Field service scheduling and resource management configuration 

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience 

• Experience across at least two full implementation lifecycles 

• Comfort with Power Platform as an extension layer 

• Public sector or regulated-industry implementation experience preferred 

Preferred Platforms 

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services 

Industry Experience 

Government, municipal, healthcare, field service-heavy sectors (utilities, telecom) 

Professional Certifications 

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform certifications an asset 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status typical minimum; enhanced reliability is required for some provincial and federal mandates.
