QA/UAT Consultant 

QA/UAT Consultant, Testing & Quality Assurance for Enterprise Implementations 

About the Opportunity 

Niethville is building QA and testing capacity to support test planning, execution, and defect management across ERP and CRM implementation programs. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• Test strategy and test plan development 

• Test case design from business requirements and user stories 

• Functional and regression testing execution 

• UAT planning and business stakeholder coordination 

• Defect management and triage across test cycles 

• Test data preparation and environment coordination 

• Automated testing scoping and support (where applicable) 

• Traceability matrix maintenance linking requirements to test coverage 

• Test summary reporting for steering committees 

• Go-live readiness testing and sign-off support 

• Post-go-live regression testing for patches and updates 

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years of QA/testing experience on ERP or CRM implementation programs 

• Strong test case design and defect management discipline 

• Comfort coordinating UAT directly with business stakeholders 

• Public sector or regulated-industry testing experience preferred 

Preferred Platforms 

Test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail), general ERP/CRM familiarity 

Industry Experience 

Government, healthcare, financial services, education 

Professional Certifications 

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification an asset 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status is typical minimum for government testing engagements handling sensitive data.
