About the Opportunity 

Niethville is building Salesforce delivery capacity to support implementation and optimization engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions offering. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• Salesforce org configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions) 

• Business requirements workshops and fit-gap analysis 

• Flow and process automation configuration 

• Apex and Lightning component scoping for custom development 

• Data migration and deduplication from legacy CRM systems 

• Integration design using MuleSoft or native connectors 

• Security model design (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) 

• Report and dashboard configuration 

• UAT coordination and test script development 

• End-user training and adoption enablement 

• Release management across sandboxes and production 

• Cutover planning and go-live support 

• Post-go-live hypercare and optimization 

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience; Public Sector Solutions experience a strong asset 

• Full-cycle implementation experience in at least one cloud (Sales, Service, or Public Sector) 

• Comfort with Salesforce’s declarative-first configuration approach 

• Public sector or nonprofit implementation experience preferred 

Preferred Platforms 

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud 

Industry Experience 

Government, nonprofit, healthcare, financial services 

Professional Certifications 

Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Cloud Consultant certification 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status minimum for public sector Salesforce engagements: Enhanced Reliability for select mandates.
