About the Opportunity
Niethville is building SAP functional delivery capacity to support S/4HANA and ECC implementation and support engagements for public sector and enterprise clients.
Typical Projects You May Support
- SAP module configuration (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP)
- Business blueprint and fit-gap workshops
- S/4HANA migration and greenfield/brownfield implementation support
- Master data governance and data migration validation
- Functional specification writing for ABAP development
- Integration testing across SAP modules and third-party systems
- User Acceptance Testing coordination
- Authorization and role design (SAP GRC awareness an asset)
- Training material development and end-user enablement
- Cutover planning and go-live support
- Hypercare issue triage and resolution
- Reporting requirements gathering for Fiori/BW
- Process documentation for internal controls and audit
- Support for SAP support pack and patch testing
- Stakeholder workshops and steering committee reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, with S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
- Full-cycle implementation experience in at least one core module
- Comfort working in structured, waterfall-influenced government delivery methodologies
- Strong documentation discipline for audit and governance requirements
Preferred Platforms
SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, SAP GRC
Industry Experience
Government, manufacturing, financial services, utilities
Professional Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate (relevant module)
Security Clearance
Reliability Status minimum for public sector SAP engagements; Enhanced Reliability or Secret required for select federal and defence-adjacent mandates.
