About the Opportunity 

Niethville is building SAP technical delivery capacity for implementation, integration, and support engagements, with a focus on S/4HANA technical architecture and custom development. 

Typical Projects You May Support 

• ABAP development and custom object design 

• SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite configuration 

• S/4HANA technical migration (system conversion, data migration) 

• Interface development with third-party and legacy systems 

• Fiori app configuration and extension 

• Basis support coordination (transport management, system refreshes) 

• Technical specification authoring from functional requirements 

• Performance tuning and technical troubleshooting 

• Security and authorization technical build 

• Custom report development (ABAP, Fiori/UI5) 

• Batch job design and background processing 

• Technical testing and defect resolution 

• Cutover technical execution and validation 

• Documentation for technical support handoff 

• Support for SAP Cloud Platform / BTP integrations 

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years SAP technical delivery experience, with S/4HANA technical migration experience preferred 

• Strong ABAP and integration development background 

• Experience supporting government or large enterprise technical landscapes 

• Comfortable working within formal change control and release management processes 

Preferred Platforms 

SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori/UI5 

Industry Experience 

Government, manufacturing, utilities, and financial services 

Professional Certifications 

SAP Certified Technology Associate or equivalent development certification 

Security Clearance 

Reliability Status minimum: Enhanced Reliability or Secret for select federal engagements.
