About the Opportunity
Niethville is building a network of Solution Architects to support digital transformation projects across ERP, CRM, integration, and infrastructure workstreams for Canadian public sector and enterprise clients.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Solution design workshops translating business requirements into technical architecture
- Fit-gap analysis across ERP, CRM, and integration platforms
- End-to-end solution blueprint development
- Technology stack evaluation and platform selection support
- Integration architecture design across enterprise systems
- Non-functional requirements definition (performance, security, scalability)
- Solution design documentation for governance sign-off
- Vendor and platform coordination during design phase
- Risk assessment for proposed technical solutions
- Design review facilitation with technical and business stakeholders
- Support for RFP technical response development
- Architecture decision records and rationale documentation
- Handoff coordination to delivery and technical teams
- Post-implementation solution review and lessons learned
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of solution architecture experience across ERP, CRM, or integration-heavy programs
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design independently
- Experience presenting architecture decisions to steering committees and technical review boards
- Public sector or regulated-industry experience preferred
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, enterprise integration platforms
Industry Experience
Government, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare
Professional Certifications
TOGAF, relevant platform architecture certifications (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce)
Security Clearance
Reliability Status minimum for government solution architecture engagements; Enhanced Reliability or Secret for select federal mandates.
