About the Opportunity
Niethville is building Workday delivery capacity to support HCM and financial management implementations for public sector and enterprise clients modernizing off legacy HR and payroll systems.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Workday HCM configuration (core HR, compensation, talent, absence)
- Payroll configuration and parallel testing
- Business process framework design within Workday
- Data conversion from legacy HRIS/payroll systems
- Integration configuration (Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Connectors)
- Security group and role-based access configuration
- Reporting and calculated field configuration
- UAT coordination and test scenario development
- End-user and manager self-service training
- Cutover and parallel payroll run support
- Post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution
- Change impact assessment for HR business process redesign
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Workday implementation experience across at least one full deployment
- Deep knowledge of HCM or Payroll functional areas
- Experience with Workday’s business process configuration model
- Public sector or unionized-workforce implementation experience an asset

Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Financial Management, Workday Studio
Industry Experience
Government, healthcare, education, unionized workforces
Professional Certifications
Workday Pro Certification (relevant module)
Security Clearance
Reliability Status minimum for public sector HCM/payroll engagements given the sensitivity of employee data; Enhanced Reliability for select mandates.
