CRM Project Manager, End-to-End CRM Implementation Leadership
About the Opportunity
Niethville is building a bench of CRM Project Managers to lead implementation programs across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot for public sector and enterprise clients.
Typical Projects You May Support
- Project charter development and scope definition
- Project planning, scheduling, and resourcing across implementation phases
- Vendor and delivery partner coordination
- Risk and issue management throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Budget tracking and financial reporting
- Stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive audiences
- Governance cadence design and steering committee reporting
- Change control and scope management
- Cutover and go-live coordination
- Post-go-live hypercare and transition-to-support planning
- Lessons-learned facilitation and program close-out
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of project management experience with at least one full-cycle CRM implementation
- Comfort managing multi-vendor delivery teams
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall-influenced government delivery methodologies
- PMP or equivalent credential strongly preferred
Preferred Platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, HubSpot
Industry Experience
Government, citizen services, healthcare, financial services
Professional Certifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent program management credential
Security Clearance
Reliability Status minimum: Enhanced Reliability for select provincial and federal mandates.
